At ROBINSON Lighting & Bath, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of receipt provided it is in its original, uninstalled condition and packaging.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer service team or visit your local showroom to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number before shipping any items back.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure the product is securely packed in its original manufacturer's box with all manuals, hardware, and protective materials included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship or Drop Off
Affix your RGA number clearly to the outer shipping carton and send the package to our distribution center, or bring it directly to a ROBINSON showroom for processing.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the item to confirm it is in resalable condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, typically within 7-10 business days.
